Apprehensive Glutton (for Punishment)
Y'all know I'm totally fangirl for these guys, so I wanted to share this with you:

OK, I'm totally diggin' the adult recess theory. Skip FTW.
It seriously looks like a blast. My work cohort thinks I'm nuts, but he's doing P90X & HIIT, so I'm thinking he's got no room to judge. And that he'd probably go with me to a workshop.
