Today's workout: mixed levels yoga (55 minutes)

Weight: 284 pounds.

That's it. Four pounds down over a whole week. I'm trying really hard not to be discouraged, because it IS progress, but I still feel like it could have been more.

In other news, the Tuesday & Thursday morning yoga instructor that I like so much is subbing for the Monday night instructor this week & next. Score!
