Watchtel House - Boy's Room
How cool is this? Built in cubby, desk, bookshelves. Another short closet, but there's a seat or raised platform in there. Also, I love the color scheme, especially given the cold lighting, but that could just be a personal thing.

Watchtel House - Master Bathroom
The Master Suite is what did me in. Look at this tub!
A closer shot and, yes, that is two shower heads and a skylight. *drool*
The house is riddled with short closets - you'll see more of them in the days to come. There's one on the wall opposite the sinks, which is why you see the reflection of the tub, even though they're on the same side of the wall. Actually, you can see two closet doors in the mirror. The wood door was on the back wall of the closet with the mirror door and, yes, led to deeper storage within the first closet.

Watchtel House - Family Room
Over the winter, a house on SweetPea's daily commute went up for sale, bank owned. It was cute, with a little plot of land and a barn. As a surprise, she had her grandpa, who is still an active real estate broker at almost 80 years old, take us on a tour. I thought that I would be underwhelmed by the whole thing, and kind of got mad because it would burst my little "cute house" bubble. Little did I know how much we would both love it once we got inside. It was like someone picked into our brains and pulled out all the little things that we love or would require. Often, the things we wouldn't even think to ask for. Too bad that, even bank owned, the little house was way out of our league.
The next few days in daily photo, I'm going to feature shots from the house.

These are the family room. Great room. Party room. What would you call this? I was standing in the same spot for both shots - the room was pretty big. On the other side of the fireplace is another family room, slightly smaller. Huge, huge ceilings. This room is at the farthest end of the house. The house is shaped like an L, so if you look out that sliding glass door, you can see the pool and, beyond that, the kitchen. Also, yes, that's a bar. It has a space for a fridge and a dishwasher.
