I know those aren't the lyrics. And I know it's not Friday night. It is for me, though, and I couldn't be more grateful.
The next workout on my schedule is my race Saturday morning & I plan to make resting a priority until then.
In fact, I'm posting this from my bed, in my darkened bedroom, with my tired, burny eyes.
Tomorrow is for napping & back to school duties.
And trying very hard not to freak out. Because I know this is going to be a Good Thing.

How did your run go? I want to do a 5k at some point. Running is hard for me because, well, I hate it.
