Plan for June 6 through June 12

Sunday: yoga

Monday: Couch to 5k (week one, day one); yoga

Tuesday: yoga

Wednesday: Couch to 5k (week one, day two); possibly Lunchtime 5k

Thursday: yoga x 2; possibly Lunchtime 5k

Friday: Couch to 5k; yoga

Saturday: Rest, plan next week. (HA! I didn't even rest when I planned to!)

I should have a scale update for you Tuesday. I'll be at the gym for morning yoga, so I'll weigh myself before class. This is the last week I'm be driving my son to school before going to work, which should free up some time in the mornings next week. I'm thinking I might add a weight routine before morning yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Well, and I guess then Saturdays, too. Buh-bye rest day! Ha ha...

Yes, I'm nervous about the scale check. I feel like I've been doing pretty good, so I know I'll be disappointed if the scale hasn't moved. I know that's not all this is about, though, so I'm trying to maintain perspective. Ha. I'll let you know how that goes!
