I have no idea why (except that the principle is a kook- my 'good girl' language version of what I'd really like to call him!) my kid's school stopped ALL dress up days- EVEN HALLOWEEN!!!

What a clever costume! Even without the mask and trench coat, he pulled the look off extremely well.
