SweetPea and I could super use a second camera.
You see, ordinarily she brings it with her on her daily travels, which is how we've gotten a lot of the awesome shots that will be posted over on Busted Knuckle Photography.
But it seems I'm always noticing things that are reminders of how I should always have the camera with me, ready to go.
It's like a big mixed message. It's a blessing. And a curse.
Case in point, universe:
When I pulled into the parking space at MonkeyDo's school, this little guy was "parked" next to me. Thanks to blessed Serendipity, I happened to have the camera with me, and I took the hint and grabbed the shot.
It turned out pretty impressive, with all that detail. At least I think so, anyway.
So, Universe, I was hoping you could help a girl out here. It's like you're telling us constantly that we need two of these things, but they're kind of expensive and I'm kind of, well, a state worker. It's not like we're paid well, you know?
If you could see your way clear to throwing some hints our way, I would definitely appreciate it.
In the meantime, thanks so much for the constant blessing that is our life. I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am.
