Quandary

Readers, I am in a quandary, and I need your help.

Those of you who have been with us for awhile have no doubt noticed a change in posting habits over the last few months. While I don't want to get into too much detail, I've been reluctant to post too much information about my personal life and the trials and tribulations of the Verbose Household.

Suffice it to say that I have a rather large mouth and am more than a little opinionated and, not surprisingly, this can, and has, lead to individuals expressing their contempt, or even outright hatred, of me and mine. This, however, does not seem to have stopped them from visiting my blog.

Daily.

While I don't want to feel like I've been cowed by these individuals, there is still a certain reluctance to share personal information about my life with people who have so clearly expressed their displeasure at my existence.

On the other hand, there are quite a few of my regular readers that I have bonded with since starting this blog, or readers who already knew me and use this as a way of keeping up with me, and I feel like I'm slighting these readers by avoiding the meat of my life and posting, basically, fluff pieces.

Regardless of what I might imagine, I really have no idea what it is you expect or hope to read about when you get here, so I'm clueless as to how to even begin assessing the options for going forward.

So, dear readers, please take a moment to share with me. What is it that brings you back? What posts do you most enjoy reading? What posts make you feel the most like coming back to see what's new? Are there posts that you've missed?
