Adventures with a Teenage Pitt Bull

Yesterday, SweetPea took Gomi with her to visit at her mom's house.

SweetPea's mom and brother have recently adopted two miniature mutant pups. The pups are usually corralled in the kitchen, behind a baby gate.

Gomi, having visited and played with the pups before, thought it would be a great idea to play with them again.

So she hopped the baby gate and took the pups, one at a time, by the head and tossed them over the gate.

And then she got stuck when she tried to jump back over.

This morning I went into the bathroom, right as we were getting ready to leave, and I heard what sounded like world war three coming from the bedroom.

Upon investigation, I saw Gomi standing on our bed, and Diane (who had not yet ever seen a dog) flinging herself around the room, puffed up like she'd licked a light socket.

Gomi had a look on her face like "WOW! That's the awesome squeaky toy ever!"

I have no idea if Diane will have recovered by the time we get home.
