In the News

Not Quite the Dog House:

During the cold weather months, my grammy would always, always smack the  hood of her car before getting in and starting it up.

It was a habit she got into after a friend of hers found out a cat had crawled up in the engine for warmth... After she'd driven the car.

With the number of neighborhood cats, she felt it was the right thing to do. To my knowledge, nobody ever skittered out when she banged on the hood, but better safe than sorry.

Thankfully this was not something she ever had to worry about.

Pit Stops?

7,500 miles in 120 hours is 62.5 miles per hour.

Considering that not all the roads will be 65 mph roads and that they'll have to stop at some point for something (gas, at the very least), I'm thinking they'll have to spend a decent portion of their trip doing more than the speed limit to make this work.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Next on the Homosexual Agenda:

"Sham Marriages Used for Green Cards"

This is ok, but I am a threat to the sanctity of marriage because I want to marry SweetPea legally?

Nice.
