I too have the stalker software...I still can't really figure out how to use it.

I get a ton of hits off of "come on somebody why don't your run" and "munchenhausen by proxy".
My biggest hits right now are image searches... People looking for pictures of dogs, Rhianna, Posh Spice, Kelly Clarkson...
