Do you ever feel like you totally missed out on something really awesome because you didn't even know about it?
What a fantastic idea is a Fit Crawl? That seems like it would be perfect for people like me who want to try everything but can't afford it all.
I found out about it from the Body Tribe blog. I've followed Body Tribe for awhile, and they're definitely something I'd like to try out at some point. I have an ex-coworker whose daughter works out there and, yeah, I'm jealous.
Oh, well. Some day, right?

SuperWomen Boot Camp
I didn't do any kind of workout yesterday, so I have no report for you. I don't know why, but it seemed like an excellent idea at the time. Of course this means that I have no discretion and have to walk on lunch today, even if I really don't feel like it.
Plus dinner last night was so awful I don't even want to talk about it. So let's move on.
Last week when we were stuck in Funeral Preparation Hell, we ended up eating out for dinner... Um... OK, a lot. We had at least one meal at the Jimboy's* in Folsom and found this on their tray liner:

Free?
So I pulled up their website and did some looking into this. It looks like a lot of fun. You know. Relatively speaking.
Here, check out one of their videos:
If you go to their youtube page, you can see a lot more videos, and it really does seem like something that would be engaging and effective, which is what you look for, right?
But then I got to this page and had a mini heart attack.
One of the biggest problems I have is that there are so many things I want to try out, but prices like this just aren't in the budget. Don't get me wrong, the rates for this aren't even that high or particularly higher than other types of group fitness activities. It's just that I'm a broke ass state worker and there are months were making my gym payment is stretching the capacity of my budget.
So how do I make room for things like this, too?
*If you're not near a Jimboy's, I am truly sorry for you. There is nothing quite like it. So much so that I have an uncle who travels from England every couple of years just for Jimboy's. OK. And baseball.
