Mountain Posing

I wanted to tell you a story about this hike, about getting here and back and about how different it was this year than last year.

But I don't really have the time to tell that story right now. So I will just share how much sweeter it was to practice yoga and teaching on the side of a mountain this year, with allergies that are largely in control.

So much more awesome.
