Today I spent four hours at the gym.
I took my very first (beginner's) X-Bike ("spin") class.
I took my very first Group Strength Training (GST) class.
Then I took yoga and hovered in Chaturanga (knees down) for the first time.
Then I came home. Ate some good food. Watched a good movie. Had a good nap.
A most excellent Sunday.
