Are you interested in joining us for the June Challenge?
To recap, here are the rules:
1. No Dairy
A. Milk
B. Cheese
C. Cottage cheese
D. Yogurt
E. Sour cream
F. Ice cream
2. No Soda
A. High Fructose Corn Syrup
B. Aspartame
3. No Junk Food
A. Cake/Cupcake/etc
B. Chips
C. Candy
D. French Fries
To participate in the challenge (and get credit for it here), you must:
1. Commit to the challenge rules & post a comment on this post no later than midnight Pacific time on Sunday, June 6, 2010.
2. Blog* about joining the challenge (include the link in your comment).
3. Blog* about your progress at least once a week.
4. Post* a June Challenge Wrap Up no later than July 4, 2010.
Participants of this challenge will be acknowledged in a special section in the side bar, including a link to the participant's blog.
Those participants who successfully complete** the June Challenge will receive an as-yet-to-be-determined prize, valued at probably not more than $5. And possibly a certificate.

**Because I know we're not perfect, "successful completion" does not mean 100% success on all days of June. Rather, "successful completion" means you stuck with the Challenge and made an effort to abide by Challenge rules for the whole month. Which, basically, makes this the honor system.
