I need ideas for an inexpensive and fun birthday party for a turning-13-year-old (OMG) that's scheduled to have a birthday party on a day slated for rain.
Girlie had a sleepover on Friday for her eighth birthday. I do NOT reccoment that idea.
How about moving the party to Saturday morning. Maybe you could take the guys out for a matinee movie and pizza. Second thought, 13 yo boys might break the bamk with their stomachs.
Can you take the kids to a local Y for swimming?
Indoor driving range?
Roller skating...do kids still do that?
Any bookstores that have live entertainment?
I'm out of ideas. 13 year old boys are not creatures I know too much about.
