I have found a few things help:<BR/><BR/>- minimize how much I eat just before bed (give about 2 hours to digest last meal and have NOTHING after that other than water)<BR/>- avoid big lunches (salads or other lighter fare work well)<BR/>- go to bed at the same time<BR/>- exercise when I get up<BR/>- routine, routine, routine (do it even on Sat/Sun)<BR/><BR/>If it persists you should investigate sleep issues like sleep apnea.
